Do I have to take the Mathematics and Economics Assessment Exam?
All applicants requesting financial aid from the IMQF program must take the Assessment Exam. This exam tests one's knowledge of introductory economics, mathematics, and probability and statistics. Preparation materials for the exam are available from the Program Coordinator. Those applicants who do not apply for financial aid are not required but strongly urged to take the Assessment Exam. In our experience, preparing for the exam is helpful in order to review or gain knowledge of some of the key underlying concepts frequently used throughout the program.
