International Finance Corporation - IFC is a member of the World Bank Group. One of its programs in Western Balkans is the Corporate Governance program.
The program is assisting companies and banks in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia to improve their corporate governance practices. The Corporate Governance Program is implemented by the International Finance Corporatation with the support of the Government of Switzerland through the State Secretariat of Economic Affairs (SECO). IFC helps SECCF incorporate corporate governance awareness into its educational program, in particular, in Dubrovnik Lectures in Banking and Finance (DBF) programs in Kolocep, Croatia.
