How do I prove my English proficiency?
Each IMQF candidate who is not a native English speaker needs to prove her proficiency in English before being admitted into the IMQF program. For admissions purposes the proof of proficiency is not formal. For financial aid applicants, we require a formal proof of English proficiency.
This requirement is waived for candidates who graduated from a four-year college or university where English is the language of instruction.
As a proof of English proficiency we will consider well known standardized English tests (TOEFL, Cambridge, Oxford etc). Alternatively, we could organize an interview with you in order to assess your level of English comprehension. If you are taking a TOEFL exam, please make sure to select as a recepient institution South European Center for Contemporary Finance - SECCF as a recipient institution. SECCF's TOEFL code is 5873. Only official scores received by SECCF from the ETS will be considered as valid proof of English proficiency.
