Do you prefer students that majored in a particular subject?
Students of any major may apply to either of the two programs and every candidate’s case will be treated individually and given full consideration. Our experience thus far shows that the most successful candidates are those who have the most desire to learn finance, regardless of their major. Having said that, math, engineering, and science majors with a strong quantitative background have somewhat easier time in the program initially (alhough they usually are challenged by, say, accounting or some econ concepts they have not encountered before). The candidates with serious deficiency in math skills should plan to make our Preparatory course in September prior to entering into the program.
